   PART III：分組/研讀及考前輔導

1.

每班於開訓第一天即完成分組，每組5~6位學員，各小組自行推選出專案經理一名，負責協助管理該小組之互動研習、進度與彙集該小組問題。

2.

主題式輔導：完成第一、二階段課程後，將於隔週進行主題式輔導，共5週，每次2小時(7-9pm)，由講師根據PMP考試六大主題進行總複習、現場模考及解題等。學員可不限次數、線上報名免費參加(因座位有限，當堂課程如報名額滿，即不再接受報名)。
