A series of earthquakes in Sichuan, China, has caused heavy casualties and massive damages of properties. To encourage the staff and faculty of NCTU to lend a helping hand, we are attaching a form for registering the details of individual donations to the Sichuan quake relief account. When the form has been filled out by your unit, please have it sent back to the Secretariat by June 10. The electronic version should be sent back to the following email address: svyang@cc.nctu.edu.tw. The cashier division will deduct the specified amount of donation from the July salary of each donor. |
