簡歷 (Biography):
Dr. Jeng Tzong Sheu received his B.S.and M.S. degree in department of Electrical Engineering, National Central University in 1985 and 1987, respectively. After two-year Navy obligation service, he went abroad and received his Ph.D. degree in D epartment of Electrical Engineering of Michigan State University in May 1994. He joined National Nanodevice Laboratory in July 1994 as an associate researcher in Lithography group . In February 1996, he transferred to National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center as the research spokesperson for x-ray lithography program and as a group leader in power electronics. He also set up the nanolithography laboratory during his service in NSRRC. In August 2002, he joined EE D epartment of National Chi Nan University. In August 2004, moved back to Hsinchu and severed as a faculty member in Institute of Nanotechnology, National Chiao Tung University.
